As a mom, a good camera to capture all of my kids special moments and silly moments and just every day moments is an absolute must. It may be a cliche, but they really do grow up so fast and I want to be able to capture those memories for us to hold onto forever. And you know, possibly embarrass them down the road as teenagers. We are also entering a new phase of parenting and that is sports. Sure my kids have been playing hockey for years, but my nine year old, for the first time, will be on a travel hockey team. For me personally, I am eyeballing the GoPro HERO since it is very reasonably priced at $129 and is waterproof, which is such a huge bonus when you have a lot of kids.
