I am a Netflix Stream Team member and have been given a Netflix membership to help facilitate my posts. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.
I don't know about your kids, but mine sure do love a movie that stars some four-legged creatures. Especially dogs. Of course, while watching said dog movies I will get bombarded with the "Can we get a dog?" question over and over again. For the past few years I've become pretty used to getting this question a lot and answering with a simple no. But now that my youngest is five and I am definitely not having any more kids, I started want a dog too. So for Christmas, we surprised our boys with a Labradoodle puppy, which we affectionately named Vader. (Yes, as in Darth Vader. We are Star Wars geeks after all).
Even though we now have a dog of our own, the boys still really love watching movies about dogs. They have watched Disney's "Buddies" movies countless times (there are 7 of them on Netflix), though I think their favorite is probably Supper Buddies. Netflix also just recently added a new original animated series from Dreamworks: The Adventures of Puss in Boots. My 9 year old especially has gotten a real kick out of this cat and his antics!
The world's greatest feline fighter, lover and milk connoisseur is back in this original series filled with daring adventures, great boots, and laugh-out-loud fun! The entire family will be entranced by Puss' fantastical CG world filled with new characters, exotic locations and mystical tales that make up the stuff of legends. There's nothing that can get in this celebrated swashbuckling kitty's way...except maybe a hairball.
